I am nearly caught up. A couple of long travel days plus no internet connection in the parks held me up, especially the two days I was on top of the mesa. Today I drove to Moab. On the way I went to the Needlessection of Canyonlands. Again geology is the theme. The needles is an appropriate name for this part. The rock formations remind me of the New York skyline.
