Drove all day on scenic routes across California to the coast. Yes, I made it. Photo is my first glimpse of the pacific. My route brought me to Navarro Point. The Napa Valley has more vineyard/cellars than one can imagine. All are offering wine tasting from 10 - 5. It would take months to taste it all as you would need lots of naps to sleep it off before driving the winding roads. St Helena was the prettiest town with all the high end cellars. Each vineyard has a tasting "room" which was located in a petite Victorian chateau. Sorry no photos as there were so many and no place to pull of. The real surprise of the day was the road went through the Navarron River Redwood St Park. So I got my preview. To celebrate getting to the coast I am having a real dinner in a real restaurant.
Congratulations on making it to the Pacific. The pictures look great.
